Who I am

This website is run by Lydia McFarlane, trading as Farlane Paid Media ("I", "me"). I'm responsible for any personal information you share through this site. You can contact me at contact@farlanedigital.co.uk.

What I collect

If you send an enquiry through the contact form or by email, I collect the details you choose to give me: your name, email address, business name, website, approximate ad budget and your message.

How I use it

I use this information only to reply to your enquiry and, if we decide to work together, to discuss and deliver my services. My lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and my legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. I won't add you to a mailing list or sell your information.

Who else processes it

• Netlify hosts this website and receives contact form submissions. Netlify may process data outside the UK, under appropriate safeguards.
• Google Fonts supplies the fonts on this site. When a page loads, your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address.

How long I keep it
